  800m, 12 minutes walk from Nakakaruizawa Station on the Shinano Railway. Quiet environment surrounded by villas and forests. The popular Hoshino area (Harunire Terrace, Stone Church, Tombo no Yu) is within walking distance (15-20 minutes). For outdoor enthusiasts, hiking in the Wild Bird Forest is also recommended.

A microwave, toaster oven, refrigerator, kettle, cold water, ice, barley tea, and hot coffee (only in the evenings) are available in the public space on the 1st floor. *There is no gas stove or running water (sink), so cooking is not possible.
